You are absolutely right If competition or money is at stake. In my case FUN is at stake. Of course, theoretically speaking, I could learn more and try my creativity at a higher level, BUT then I realize I am too much old to that effort, that if I ever get more knowledge I will be not capable of jumping over that to a new step of playing. So in my good days I stay reinventing moves for the old Ruy Lopez...That's easier than to invent from a complete knowledge of he Ruy Lopez... :) My best Fernando
