Update 1 is to correct a bug on the Shredder 6 CD which causes the Chessbase GUI version of Shredder 6 to stop working correctly. It will suddenly stop searching after only 2 plys and 4 interations. Patch 1 corrects this problem. Patch 2 is to update the Shedder 6 engine, which adds a new engine leaving Shredder 6 intact but gives you the Shredder Paderborn engine that won the WMCC 2002, a free bonus. Patch 2 is the Paderborn engine for the Chessbase GUI. Patch 3 is the same deal except it's for the Shredder Classic GUI. Go through steps 1 through 3 and be sure you have kept the path C:/Chessbase by default and you'll patch your CD and add your new engines for each GUI. You _Don't_ delete the older versions of Shredder 6. You fix the CD bug and add 2 newer engines, in their repective GUI's. Terry
