Someone with all the old ICCA Journals should be able to find the issue with
the formal announcement.  I don't know if the game scores were published, but
I seem to recall seeing player's names somewhere along the way...

yes...  I posted a classic position or two they found deep tactics in and no
one else (me included) caught even a hint that something was going on.  They
were tactically *very* strong...
