As I understand, the game should be a win for GM Smirin acording to the rules.
What rules? Junior can´t make a move so he would lose the game on time. Also, in
computer vs computer events, when one computer can´t make a move for some reason
(usually a bug) he loses.

Both Smirin and Shay were gentlemans and we only win with it as we can see
another battle between Junior and GM Smirin.
