I have been at ends with Chessbase in the past due to their attitude towards customers, but it had nothing to do with the company in itself, and I would hardly go so far as to compare it to a fire. I had previously said that I would never buy their database so long as they insisted on forcing people to stick a dongle on the back of their machines. They removed it, and now can count me as a customer in the near future. Albert Silver
