Any >thoughts? I am not sure what effect running Hiarcs 8 in the Junior 7 (Fritz 6) GUI would have, but that is what James Walker is doing with his Blitz 60' games. Can anyone from Chessbase state that is definitely not a problem for Hiarcs 8 which comes with the Fritz 7 GUI. I doubt they tested it, as they probably expected people to use the latest GUI... kp
