You can say "if" forever.  If you can pick a point and replay the game and you
might get a different result, sure.

With enough takebacks, anyone can beat Kasparov.

But Anand would probably like to move a little faster in that game he lost on
time, as well, and he probably has a blunder or two he'd like to undo.

I think it's best to take the result, rather than the hypothetical "had I fixed
all of my bugs first" result.
