KK, please take a deep breath, and put your mind in gear before putting your
fingers in motion.  Let me give you a short math lesson:

1.3M games?  3 times d3 was played.  That is about once every 500K games,
roughly?  Do you *really* believe that Jeroen (or anyone) has walked through
500K games in preparing an opening book?

That goes *far* beyond thinking stupid...  It is an *impossible* task.  You
really don't grasp just how big a tree the opening position expands into by
move 11?  hint... compute 30^22, and tell me or anyone how Jeroen is going to
wade thru that many positions and notice that "11. d5 is not in the book for
white?"

That is an *impossible* task.  *totally impossible*.
