I read an old paper (from Advance Computer Chess) the author said that there is
an tactical depth around 6-7, after that fly, searching more ply will not bring
much points, instead people should add more knowledge to his evaluation.

I noticed that 6 is key threshold using in adaptive null move method of Dr.
Heinz. Surely it is not random number.
