Another really nice one is Amy.

I'll tell you whose bitboard code is the best looking I have ever seen:
Bas Hamstra's chess program.  I really like his coding style.  Unfortunately,
the source code is not publicly available.

Bas Hamstra is a very good programmer.  Since his design is so clean, I expect
him to continue to make rapid advances.
