The latest Chess Tiger plays h5+ in 4.4 seconds on my P4-1.6G (=Athlon 1.1G),
with 6Mb hash tables.

After 48s, the score goes significantly up.

If I play b3 in the start position, the score is -1.40 for white and did not
seem to change after several minutes.
