If there are no captures in the path to mate, and the EGTB is one without pawns,
why would it consider any mate with distance >50 to be a mate, and not a draw?
If this is not possible to convert due to the way the TBs are generated, then
the program should recognize that as not a mate but a potential mate, and search
for something closer. Even easier to code would be a prohibition from
sacrificing into a TB mate if it is >50 moves from the sacrifice.
