Games with no increament are probably most of the tournament games of today. A player may stop the clock and claim a draw in order to prevent trying to win on time in a dead draw position and in this case the game is adjudicated. The fact that there are endgames with more than 100 moves does not prevent the possibility of games with no increasment and there are games when one side lost on time. Uri
