The whole strategy is wrong; whenever Black plays O-O in those positions, with the white-squared bishop locked in _behind_ the pawn chain, he's invariably lost. He has too little space so can neither get pieces across to defend against the Kingside attack nor escape to the Queenside with the King. Time for experiments. I prefer a strategy for Black with b6, Bb7 or even Ba6 (trying to leave White with the bad bishop), Nbd7, Q somewhere and O-O-O; as a devotee of the Old Indian 1. d4 d5 2. c3 Bg4 is something to try as well :) It would be instructive for someone with better databases than me to extract IM and GM games with this Stonewall pawn formation where Black _won_; then we can see what's what.
