First don't use the CM5000 opening book. second set ss=10, Third set tt=20 in cm.ini to a higher value so it will use more hash tables. 20=1meg, 21=2meg, 22=4meg, 23=8 meg, 24=16meg, 25=32meg, 26=64meg, 27=128meg. Hash is not a big factor with CM, but it does help some at long time controls. The rest is up to you to find.
