I believe that 19.Qf3 is good for white but I may be wrong.

The point is that the black rook at h8 is out of game after 19.Qf3 Be4 20.Nf5
Q..(movei played Qc7) 21.Nxg7+ Kf8 22.Qe3 Kxg7 23.Qh6+ Kg8

Sjeng shows often big positional scores so I suspected that it was the case also
in this case without looking at it's evaluation but I see that in this case I
was wrong.

Movei lost the game very fast so I will look later for the mistake of it(the
game is not in the computer that I use at this moment).
