I think Chessbase is not even remotely associated with the kasp-Junior match.
I think it's a shame that Chessbase only tries to promote Fritz more, when they
have other such fine programs like Junior, CT, Shredder.
I don't consider hiarcs8 a top performer for chessbase, because it is not
actively developed as much as the others.



This is what Amir Ban had to say about the kram-Fritz match:

"It's taking too long waiting for this match to happen. It will be somewhat of
an anticlimax when it finally happens. The question is whether Kramnik is able
to use the rules advantage he has to be able to "close" the result even before
the match starts. It's a shame that this match is taking place with such
disadvantage to computer chess."
