It is no so easy to write REALLY WEAK chessprogram. Some years ago I have written very dummy stuff consisting of only move generator and random move selector. Than I let it to play vs. some of "idiot" Fritz modes. Although my machine played randomly, Fritz managed to blunder almost all its pieces and than resigned (of course, my dummy program was not capable to resign or to accept resignation :)
