I am also sorry to hear the Ed Schroder's retirement. I have always loved the
Rebel programs, and his marketing ideas such as the freeware version Decade,
support for ECTool and Epd2Diag have made him a successful producer in my eyes.
After the demise of M-chess, Chess Genius, Rebel was the last program that was
ChessBase free. Not that I dislike ChessBase products, some of which I like
dearly, but being a monopoly is worse for the consumer in general.

I wish Mr. Schroder the best and thank him for the wonderful programs that he
developed.
