I honestly do not know how Ubi Soft Customer Support handles this problem. You
can contact them and ask this question by going to support.ubi.com.

I would expect (as a user) that if I damaged my CD, if I returned that damaged
CD to the manufacturer I would get a free replacement (potentially minus
shipping costs).
