Oh yes, I forgot to mention an example: I ordered a full version of Deep Fritz7 through their website. I did not mention my earlier purchase of version 6 since I like to keep all CD's as a souvenire, or backup ;) Yet to my surprise they only charged my creditcard for the upgrade price. Somehow they keep track of their customers :) Regards.
