I haven't expressed any idea regarding "extended futility pruning". I've called
that article "excellent" considering the extent of the research Heinz has
conducted.

In general, I consider almost all of Heinz's papers worth the word "excellent",
though I don't agree with all of them, and have some opinions which are
contradicting some of his.
