Perhaps. My impression about Ernst was that he didn't mind to give you the
recepie, but you had to bake your own cake. So I don't think he would give the
sourcecode.

DT was tacticly strong, I'm not sure how it would hold against the current
programs but no one would count it an "at least a draw"
