Time control clearly favors CM [I think GM's don't realize how much they gain from 40/2 or they would insist upon it for computer matches]. On the other hand, the GM is a super-GM. CM9000 is available to practice against. If he does that, I think your odds go *WAY* down. On the other, other hand, he won't have much time to practice since CM9000 is so new. Too tough to call with all the variables. I think for sure it will be interesting no matter what happens.
