I'd much prefer to buy Rebel XP for Windows now, rather than wait a year. I would love to purchase Rebel XP for Windows soon (a month or two?), if it were available. I'm about to buy a new computer, which will most likely run Windows XP. I plan to use it, in part, for analyzing my chess games, finding my mistakes, and printing diagrams of positions where I could have played better. I've used Rebel Decade for several years now, and like it very much, but it won't run on Windows XP. Therefore, I am looking at other alternatives. I am debating between Fritz, HIARCS and a combination of SCID and Crafty. However, if Rebel XP were available to run on Windows XP, then I'd probably buy it and forget about Fritz and HIARCS.
