B.1.c. Commendation of Peter Skinner (B. Smith).

Mayor B. Smith presented Peter Skinner with a Certificate of Commendation on
behalf of the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governer General of Canada,
for his bravery in entering a burning house to look for a woman after two boys
appeared on his doorstep and told him their house was on fire and they thought
their mother might still be inside.

This is taken from the exact minutes from the Counsel Chambers Meeting that I
attended to recieve the award.

Maybe in John's mind the meeting will be fictional as well. Or I hacked the site
and put that there.

I guess my "alleged" award does exist.

Thanks Peter for finding that.
