I think that for testing both sides may send their version to a tester to test
them in a match under winboard with equal hardware.

There are a lot of people who test programs and I think that it should not be
hard to find people to test Sjeng against Crafty with equal hardware.

Leo tests programs on equal hardware and if sjeng12.13 promotes to the first
division he may test both crafty and Deep Sjeng in the same division and the
games are with ponder on.
