I think the issue is not that what Vincent is saying is so horrible, but that enough of the population of CCC doesn't like it to cause Bob and other moderators greif, so the moderators, one of which happens to be Bob, tell Vincent to chill out. I also don't think we should be justifying one person's actions with the actions of another.
