So fast and not 1.Nc6 Nxa4
Is it speculative score or agrresive threat or singular extensions that help in
this position?

I get even after Nc6 at 11,12 plies the following lines
so movei probably needs at least depth 14 in the original position to find
1.Nc6 with +2 score.
