All of the following positions are solved quickly by LG and I would certainly say that this *does* indicate tactical strength. If test positions don't games certainly don't e.g. Shredder 4 is weak at tactics but nevertheless strong Times for a 1.5 GHz P4 - I'd be interested in Movei's times.
