I've answered this several times. The most likely problem is your memory. Running a 100mhz bus means you need SDRAM that clocks in at 7-8ns *max*. if it runs reliably at 10ns, but not at 8, you are going to get random errors tossed in, more errors on programs that do more memory references. Most good computer stores have a memory tester. Plug your DIMMs in and it will say "7ns" or whatever. If it says 10, toss it and buy good memory...
