I like the system used in Paderborn. Engines that participated in the last tournament are seeded according to the rank they achieved in the last tourney. The new entrants are seeded behind them in alphabetical order... Uups, with that Quark would be seeded 1st... :) Well, I do not care to much about the seedings - it will be a very funny tournament anyway... Expectations for Quark are quite low - would be fine to end up in the upper half of the field... then I would be satisfied enough... Besides: Is there any engine planned which will play when we have an odd number of participants ? Greets, Thomas
