if ACCIDENTE has lower rating then you that is quite usual as long you don't
have played 20 games...

Just enter in the console at ICC "help rating" and you get an explanation. Or
type "mailhelp rating" and the explanation with formulas will be sent to you...
so before stating that anything is meaningless just try to get some more
information - it is all available at ICC, the help system is quite well and if
that is not enough there are enough helpers in channel one to explain you the
secrets and basics.
