First of all, I don't the position is that hard. I don't know why some other
programs don't find the correct move.

Secondly, Chezzz is certainly not as good as any of the real good ones, but I
would hate to call it "really weak". It is in the same league as Monsoon,
PostModernist, Baron etc. I wouldn't call those "really weak". Chezzz's standard
rating on ICC fluctuates around 2450.

Thirdly, you can only download a very very old version on some winboard sites.
The current version is not available yet.
