I cannot hear a sound nor the talkings either (though in Win 3.11) except for the "Tick.wav" (the tick tick! of the clock), despite that these are the SAME .WAV files (same size and same sound when played with a soundcard utility) than in Fritz 4, which can play them without ANY problem. So, the code of Fritz 5 was modified since Fritz 4, as for playing sounds, and is now unable to do what was playing fine before. Chessbase still never answered any of my 3 emails, except for the first one in telling me to buy Windows 95, despite the saying that the programs is supposed to work perfectly under Win 3.11 (else I would NOT have bought it!)...
