In fact, only Black had actual winning chances! It was -/+ It was wise that the DJ team took the draw, and disappointing for the rest of us! I was certain, Kasparov was playing for a win with Rxc3!, but he didn't like Ba3!, which complicated the win. He saw this move before he sacked his Rook! Thus offering a draw, which the DJ team turned down, then offered the draw back as Black was positionally better. Terry
