Have the players get paid by the result of each game.  Have the winner take
80%and the Losser 20%. In case of a draw they both get 30%.

An example would be to set aside $100K for each game.  If Kasparov wins he gets
$80K for that game and losing computer gets $20K.  If they draw they both get
$30K and sponsor keeps the rest.  Add on top of that they must play at least 30
moves before a draw can occur.
