It probably would be suspicious, but draw by repetition is a part of the game. Without a rule against any kind of draw in the first X moves there can be no sanctions IMO. Such a rule seems ridiculous. Not to mention causing unnecessary losses where for example draw by repetition is the only way to save the game. Regards, Mogens
