thanks for the tip - but maybe i wasn't clear enough - with average consumer i
meant some kind of mainstream thing. as long as things like this are part of the
deal, that is hardly the case:

- "OS: beta version Windows XP 64-bit operating system..."
- "all additional supplies and accessories must be installed by customer"
- additional memory price: "512MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM (2x256) [Add $507.00]"
