But isn't this all moot if you consider the other option beside book learning,
which is the preparation of killer books or at least book tuning against known
opponents which also fail against amateur programs that are not publically
available? In my opinion, there is no adequate preparation against unknown
opponents (just ask GK about Deep Blue ;-)).
