Ok ,I tried it and I had no sucess.I enter Playchess and created a new account and it did ask Me to fill in a infofmation on Me (I did) and then the registation box for the serial numbers came up but the OK BOX part was still grayed out as before.I also asked the the query update and it said that the Program was up to date. Same old thing.If You have any other suggestion please tell me .I'm all hears.Thank You,>>>>Mike
