This was also posted on the winboard site.

If Mr. Graffen admits to a very poor use of judgement in presenting Pepito as
his own under the name of Deep <9>, publicly expresses remorse in his unethical
and very public dirty deeds, apologizes t the computer chess community at large,
personally and publicily apoligizes to Mr. Carlos Del Cacho for pirating his
work and presenting it as his own and makes a promise never to do such unethical
actions again ....that would be a small step, a very small step, but a very
important step in the right diection.
