Fritz played d5, which allows white to play d4 and essentially transpose into a Colle system (the position you reached). To really go for a superior position out of the opening, black should play e5, grabbing the center and punishing white for the loss of time. After 1. h3 e5 I really think the best white can do is draw. Remember the goal of openings play is for white to get a superior position and for Black to equalize.
