I am currently writing and putting together all the stuff that is supposed to
result in my Ph.D. thesis. I intend to write something about the special
recognizer knowledge of "DarkThought" in the not-so-distant future.

I account for this and all related cases by appropriate scoring of material
balance.

Yes, we already have some as mentioned in my article and constantly search for
new possibilities in this respect.

  - KPPP*K (sophisticated detection of draws, P* = one or more Pawns),

  - KBP*K, KBP*KB, KBP*KN (sophisticated detection of draws for bishops of
wrong colour, P* = one or more Pawns).

I will provide all the details of these recognizers as soon as I find the time
to write about it. Please stay tuned ... :-)
