I think this is a problem when anyone posts games between any two opponents. Often, the reason the game is posted is that the person who posted it thought it was somehow different from normal games between the two opponents I almost never post games my program plays, because I don't think that the relationship between my program and any other program can be expressed in a game or two. When people see a game, or the result of a game, or even the result of a match, I think they draw way too many conclusions about the relationship between the two programs, about the relationship between either of the programs and the total array of chess programs, or worst of all, about the relationship between either of the programs and themselves. I think CST plays spectacular chess, and I think this should be a great place to stop making claims about it, and in many cases, it is all you really have to are about. bruce
