Well, there are 2 way to read the book in ChessBase:

1. Tournament which is the same as Standard in UCI
2. Wide which is the same as wide in UCI

In UCI there is another one more selective which is the tournament mode.

The difference between standard and tournament in UCI is that d moves are played
only in std. while the tournament play only moves rated c to a.

Even if I change the book for CB still the tournament version of UCI will be
different.

It can be done.

I do not think so. We are still working to make another good (stronger) program
version (Shredder 8).
