Leo's WBEC tournament proved that Ruffian is stronger than all of them.
But after that tournament some engines have new very strong versions:
Amy 0.8.3
Aristarch 4.21 (I know that Aristarch 4.04 was strong at long time control)
Crafty 19.03
Pepito 1.59
SmarThink 0.16b2++
Yace Paderborn (but I am not sure it is stronger than Yace 0.99.77)
Other free Winboard engines have no new versions competitive with Ruffian.

The longer, the better. I prefer 2 hours/40 moves :)
Hash 128 Mbytes, ponder off.
