Can you run it at long time control or longer than game in 60 minutes such as
game in 90 minutes at least or 40/40 40/40 40/40. In this case the program with
better learning will win, since there will be a lot of games repeated. For
instance if Ruffian wins with 1.e4 etc it will try to repeat the same opening,
but Smarthink doesn't have  a learning file and therefore, it will lose most of
the games. That is why testing with the same Opening book, but reversing the
same opening with the other program is the best way to test, since both programs
will have the same chance to win with White or Black with the exact Opening
lines.
