Sometimes it takes a lot of noise to make a business step in line. PEOPLE SHOULD
NOT HAVE TO "SUCK IT UP" BECAUSE A COMPANY DOES NOT DELIVER ON IT'S PROMISE.

I see a claim in an ad as something the company considers a significant selling
point because there are many other things they could have mentioned and did not.
If the public cannot force a company to step in line when it's practice runs
foul then the consumer market is in a lot of trouble.
