I had a similar experience when I bought an older program for the full price, only to discover a few days later that the very same program was sold under another name already, for a much smaller price. Nobody had told me about it. That is no fun at all. It made no sense to complain from a "legal" viewpoint in that case, though... but it's something you keep in mind then. It feels like being cheated.
